Forgejo 17 resolves links that start with / from the repository, not the site root, so four links on the About and Contact pages would open the wrong pages. This writes them as full https://arkiviva.com addresses, which work on Forgejo 16 and 17. Safe to merge before the Forgejo 17 release.
